'fLux' is a work imagined for the cathedral organ, electronic instruments and projected visuals approaching notions of self-similarity; the abundance of elegant structural repetition in our world, from the atomic to the cosmic.

'As Above, So Below' is an interconnected audiovisual system comprised of two individual digitally rendered scenes - clouds above, water below - each unfolding panorama influencing the behaviour of the other. In hermeticism the phrase “as above, so below” indicates that earthly matters reflect the operation of the astral plane, or in a more secular context it refers to the idea that the microcosm reflects the macrocosm. In its establishment and examination of minute relationships of cause and effect, the system takes causality and chaos theory as formal devices, building its format around action and consequence. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, an excerpt from the real-time system will be rendered as a video on demand for exhibit as part of 48 Stunden Neukölln.
